For Madelyn

I'm posting this card again because I am giving it to my friend's daughter Madelyn.  Madelyn is 2 1/2 years old and was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma.  Today is her first day of chemotherapy so I thought I would send her along this Magic Fairy to take away all the ouchies for her.  Please keep Madelyn in your prayers.  If you would like to make a girly frilly card for her, you can send it to me and I will be sure that receives all of them.  I know they will be greatly appreciated.  Her mother is a fellow card maker and scrapbooker and friend of mine.

What sad news :( And she is just a wee thing, it's so unfair that child so young has to go through hardship like that! I am keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for her. Please can you email me your snail mail, I'd like to send a little girly card. (messycrafter@gmail.com)

It is always sad to hear of a little one diagnosed with such a dreadful disease ;(

Your card is beautiful! I am sure it will lift her spirits and those of her family to see the love and concern you have for her.

Keep us updated on how this little sweetheart is doing? Will keep her in our prayers.

What a lovely card, Lisa! I'm sure she will love it. How sad when such a young person has to go through the rigors of chemotherapy, but young people are very resilient.
Please keep us updated as to her progress.
